BISA | MMI Connect: Views into Post-Pandemic Client Engagement

Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 11:00 AM ET
Complimentary admission | Open to members and non-members | No press

The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically impacted investor needs and expectations – and caused financial institutions of all types to rethink every aspect of how they attract, engage and service clients.

MMI and BISA invite you to join us for a virtual event on Tuesday, March 30 to hear perspective on the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in terms of recruiting new clients, optimizing service models, and enhancing the client experience.

Our event kicks off with a keynote presentation by Salim Ismail, a globally recognized business strategist and innovation expert. That will be followed by a 45-minute Industry Crossfire session focused on what client engagement will look like in a post-pandemic world. You’ll hear from industry leaders what they are doing now – and how they are forward planning – to generate leads, deliver an integrated wealth experience, and effectively service different client segments.

NOTE: This event is closed to members of the media.
